The US Fuel Cell Council is a member-driven association:

A Board of Directors, made up of the Executive Members, sets budgets, policies and direction.

Eight topic-based Working Groups, open to Executive and Associate Members, execute the Council's programs and achieve its goals.

A Strategy Committee provides oversight, and an Executive Committee provides financial supervision.
