January 29, 2007 —The House Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Caucus held a briefing for Congressional staffers titled "Hydrogen & Policy: Challenges and Opportunities Hydrogen & Policy: Challenges and Opportunities in the 110th Congress."

A panel of experts from private industry explored issues surrounding the drive to commercialize fuel cell hydrogen technology. The following presentations were made by the panelists:
